Dejah Thoris

I thought I was drawing this model and thought I was drawing some girl from Greece, but then it dawned on me that I was drawing Dejah Thoris from the John Carter series. Silly me.

Moutain side

Had to paint a mountain side when I was looking at a bunch of photography in the mountains.
a little too bright, but that's how I likes it. Full of green and false hope.

Lady Gazia

So during my character modeling classing, I has to come up with a character that I would make as a 3D model. So I chose to make an animal character. For a long time, I've wanted to make an alligator character, but I could never really get past ordinary looking ones. So i played around with many different shapes and sizes until I came up with this. Lady Gazia. It seemed to fit perfectly, I wanted something that was like an homage to Don Bluth, but also a character that was down right mean, nasty but not stupid.

And so I created Lady Gazia, someone who believes she is the word beautiful, nasty in everything she does, and can make other do her bidding. I wanted to have her have a silver tongue and to be able to use magic. But that may be giving her too much power, I only let her have a silver tongue and made her very egotistical. which means she comes up with the plans, but never does then her self. she has other dumb alligators to work with, but still can get them to do what she wants. so there is room for backlash. I hope to get her into a scene one of these days

New team logo I made

There was a team in Washington that needed a team logo design done for them as soon as possible. Thought this was such short notice, I came up with this design

Misc art stuff

After letting my clay sit for far too long, I wanted to make some props from video games. and when I finished them, I took this picture and it came out like the cutest couple ever. The past meets the future.

This was the first full on art I did in Illustrator. I normally like to make concepts first, but I just launched right into it and came up with this. I wanna do it again.

This next one was a challenge, as I was really focused on playing with color and lighting. So I figured try to some easy characters to practice with. Like all my other projects, they carry on a different ending result than what I originally planned for. So I created a flyer for the fight of the century.

This was for someones concept they wanted created, but couldn't do it them selves.

This is the final concept for the Avatar background that was needed for the animation that was being worked on for class.

I'm not sure who asked, but someone told me that I should create trees in different situations. So I made a forest fire and another in the dead night of winter. I did have fun making these, but I never did hear back from the one who challenged me

Duck Tales turnarounds

So when The new Duck Tales game was being created, I was so excited, I wanted to create my own show music video. But I needed a crash coarse on making each character before I could start to work on the animation. But, I really do like the actually concepts soo much better. But hey, you can't stop a fan from doing the same thing. So these are nothing official, just fan art.

This was a character that I've been playing around with "Bernado". His character is someone who loves money and selling things. He love to make a profit, but he's not so much of a cheapskate but is dishonest. He is a hard worker, and actually feels like his time is wasted if he's not doing something productive.

Concepts of avatar, kitchen and someones imagination

So a while ago, I was create back ground concepts for an animation short about Avatar: The last air Bender that I can another school associates where working on. I was in charge of create the fire nation and needed to create an industrial plant that has grown in time since The Legend of Korra

The other concepts that I had to create from another time was to create a very common kitchen that wasn't flashy and kind of boring. Though only some pieces where chosen, these are what I came up with for the project

This Monkey on an Elephant was simply for a commission someone wanted me to create. I can't remember if this was some someone kid of just wanted to see this concept created. And so I did.
