Some concept designs that I have to come up with for a final single panel drawing to tell a story about a little girl who is a great mechanic in 1910

Just trying to practice faces. I think I'm doing pretty well.

I was asked to draw a kid, so I had to practice kids face. need more practice.
drawing on colored paper is the best, it really helps you push the image out, what with white doing it's work. but it's so porous, can only take dry tools.
