Concepts of avatar, kitchen and someones imagination

So a while ago, I was create back ground concepts for an animation short about Avatar: The last air Bender that I can another school associates where working on. I was in charge of create the fire nation and needed to create an industrial plant that has grown in time since The Legend of Korra

The other concepts that I had to create from another time was to create a very common kitchen that wasn't flashy and kind of boring. Though only some pieces where chosen, these are what I came up with for the project

This Monkey on an Elephant was simply for a commission someone wanted me to create. I can't remember if this was some someone kid of just wanted to see this concept created. And so I did.

Maleficent

Here is a my newest painting that I was commissioned for. I really enjoyed painting this, Maleficent. This was about 12 hrs work, using Acrylic paints. Sorry for the poor photo shot, I don't own a professional camera. 

Some logos I haven't seen made yet.

These are some sports logos that i whipped up because I haven't seen anybody do them yet.

You think you would have seen some one make them only a couple of year from when Futurama made the jokes.

So look like I'll have to do it. Here you go.

All of these were requests that I just felt like doing pro-Bono.  I didn't know some of these were gonna be tattoos, but they were please non the less. I'd say my work is improving.

This Alta Hawks one for a job interview. Strange that I would be asked to test for the job before hand, I thought that was awesome. This was a 2 hr job from start to finish (concepts included) and I could only use four colors. I loved doing it so much I had to post this. 

I've always liked the idea of drawing a single picture that tells a story, something that will make you wonder the outcome and what would have lead up to this point in time. I wonder if I can only make drawings at the climax interesting. 

Also I'm trying to use brushes more often for inking. No digital stuff here. 

Lost boys concepts

So my brother and I want to recreate the lost boys from Peter pan,  and make them more bad ass and savage like.  So I'm playing around with the ideas of their costumes,  going to be keeping their animal skins. also I'm going to make them feel like they came from mad max 3. So far,  dust have doodles of them,  more will come

So if there is anything that I've learned by my school, is that I'm pretty well at making back grounds. I'm particularly partial to landscaping. So I've designed to start a theme with it. These are the first two that I've created, winter and fire. I plan to make more, such as spring, fall, swamp, mystic and beach.
